Conducted by The Gender Research Alliance, for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women (CBFW) to support their work in Kenya. The purpose of this research was to assess the capacity needs of women entrepreneurs and to take stock of their entrepreneurial ecosystem. It also profiled women entrepreneurs that may be suited to participate in the CBFWs Road to Women’s Business Growth (R2G) project and HerVenture mobile learning app, and to provide recommendations, including on content, delivery formats, target groups and geographies.
